I made a decision about the beginning of the six-week plan of The ABS Diet. There are several reasons of my decision, for example: better health, slender figure, strength, energy and ABS sixpack !!!
Its high time to stop watching pictures of muscled men, who portray his slender body, and in the peculiarity the sculptured beautifully stomach.
I believe in this very strongly, that changing nutritional habits and the style of the life I will reach the similar effect.
I am going to consume three large meals in the draught of the day and three smaller previous main dishes, in total six dishes with the large quantities of whey, celluloso and carbohydrates.
I give up all sugars (cakes), and in the peculiarity of fats.
I already have written the plan of meals and dishes. The training plan stays me to finish up still.
I repurchased year - old subscription card on the gym - let it will be the next justification for me ;-)
I will present my dimensions in the next post and place first movie!
I hope that this blog will help me to aim the target.
